For print-on-demand items, my vender's (Printful) Return Policy for clothing and household items:

"Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense. Cases where the customer would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered would be handled at the expense of OngaArt Shop."

If you are unhappy with your print-on-demand order for a reason other than defect or Printful's error, please contact me, not Printful, and we can arrange to facilitate the return of the item, getting you your money back for only the cost of return shipping to me, and you can re-order if you wish.


For items that I fulfill from my studio, such as note cards and art photo prints, please contact me.


Bottom line: I don't want you to have something that you don't want.
